Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales development strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed their individual and team targets.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation and qualification processes, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Analyze sales development metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales development or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales development teams that consistently exceed targets.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler), and sales technologies (CRM, sales automation).
