Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals

  • Set sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for direct and indirect sales teams

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, executives, and channel partners

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Drive sales performance to achieve revenue and absorption targets

  • Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion ratios

  • Ensure effective lead management and CRM utilization

  • Optimize commission structures and incentive plans

Channel & Partner Management

  • Oversee indirect sales channels including brokers and agencies

  • Approve broker agreements and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Strengthen relationships with key partners and high-value clients

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions

  • Work closely with finance, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth closures

  • Handle escalations related to pricing, negotiations, and major deals

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies

  • Support project launches and sales planning initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of the Iraq real estate market

  • Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

  • Fluency in Arabic (English is a strong advantage)
