Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans, targets, tasks, and strategies aligned with company objectives.

Conduct regular visits to key customers, prospective clients, and corporate accounts to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Establish and follow up on action plans to improve sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Prepare the department s annual budget and sales forecasts, ensuring strict adherence to approved budgets.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.

Monitor market trends, customer demands, competitor activities, and company reputation.

Develop and follow up on sales action plans for new product launches.

Document customer complaints related to sales services and ensure timely resolution.

Propose and recommend strategies to maintain the company s competitive advantage.

Develop international markets by identifying new export countries, establishing distributor and expanding global presence.

Travel internationally as required to meet potential clients, distributors and support market entry initiatives.

Coordinate export sales activities, including market research, pricing strategies, and collaboration with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure successful cross-border operations.
