Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in local and international markets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and production teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capabilities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide strategic decision-making.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within the agricultural, irrigation, or related sectors.
Proven track record in managing both domestic and export sales.
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is an advantage).
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
