Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, multinational sales team
- Define and execute sales strategies across retail, fleet, and government channels
- Work closely with OEM partners to align on targets, campaigns, and brand standards
- Monitor and optimise sales performance through forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- Foster a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years experience in sales management with multi-site responsibility
Proven background working with a premium automotive brand within a UK PLC environment
Demonstrates a stable and consistent career history
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a people-centric approach
Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
