Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead, motivate and support the sales team in achieving its objectives.
- To define and monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, prospecting).
- Identify growth levers and optimize the sales strategy.
- Participate in the recruitment, training and skills development of the team.
- Ensure commercial reporting and coordination with management.
- Bachelor's degree (3-5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or management.
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
