Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise the control operations, surveillance rounds, and interventions.
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of security procedures and risk prevention.
- Mastery of communication and reporting tools.
- Good physical condition, composure, and responsiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ensure the general surveillance of places and the protection of property and people.
- Control the application of safety instructions and internal procedures.
- Train and support agents in their daily missions.
- Intervene in the event of an incident, manage emergency situations and write reports.
- Liaise with management and/or law enforcement if necessary.
