Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage security protocols to safeguard company staff and assets, reporting directly to the Head of Security, Safety, and FacilitySupervise security operations to ensure adherence to established procedures and standardsLead the security team s emergency response and coordinate communications with employees during such eventsManage the onboarding process and integration of new security staff membersOrganize and conduct training programs for the security team while coordinating additional training with external providersCarry out regular risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments, delivering detailed reports along with practical recommendationsCollaborate with external partners to install, maintain, and improve security systems to guarantee their effective operationEnsure continuous compliance with security policies and regulations among employeesAnalyze past security incidents to develop preventive measures and improve response strategiesMaintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained through the role, refraining from sharing any data with unauthorized partiesRequirementsFluent or native-level English proficiency (C1), with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAt least 5 years of experience in military, police, national security, or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years in a security management roleThorough understanding of security procedures, risk evaluation, and emergency response planningDemonstrated leadership skills with successful team management experienceOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong ethics, integrity, and commitment to confidentialityProficient in the use and troubleshooting of security technologies and systemsExperience working alongside law enforcement and external security agenciesBenefitsCompetitive salary package reflecting experience, skills, and performanceOpportunity to join an energetic international team with a friendly work environmentSupport and resources to help develop your careerPerformance-based bonusesPrivate health insurance coveragePublic transportation pass and multisport membership cardApplication Process Join Our Security Leadership TeamWe actively encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
