Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Responsible for skills assessment and identification of development areas in strict compliance with hygiene, safety, health and environment rules.
Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :
- To take into account any risk that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives and to implement appropriate actions in response to risks and opportunities that impact compliance with requirements, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions undertaken
- To ensure, with the help of colleagues, skills management and to align human potential with the needs of the structures
- Identify the needs in relation to the missions of each structure
- To conduct a diagnostic assessment of the existing potential in order to optimize its use and development
- develop the central skills file
- Ensure the forward planning of jobs and skills
- Implementation of the annual performance evaluation mechanism for staff at the company structure level
- Implementation of the succession planning and talent management system
- Participate in the design of workstation analysis procedures and the definition of related profiles.
- Monitor changes in the company's workforce, as well as working conditions and remuneration.
- Follow the succession management plan
- Tracking people's mobility
- Ensure compliance with HSE measures and instructions
En mati re de QHSE :
- Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures (including Projects)
- Ensure the application of procedures and rules (dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System ( IMS) by:
- Report any observation of anomaly, malfunction or failure that may have a negative impact on the Quality of services / Products, the health and safety of workers, or on the Environment .
Desired Candidate Profile
General education: Education: University degree, Bachelor's degree in law, social sciences or economics or an equivalent university qualification.
- Professional training: DESS in Human Resources.
- Professional experience: 3 years
