Leadership responsibilities
1. Setting goals that support management strategies, enhancing coordination within the department, and working to achieve them.
2. Transforming management strategies into actionable business plans for the department.
3. Guiding the decision-making process at the department level, while balancing operational and strategic risks.
4. Allocate departmental resources to improve performance and achieve goals.
5. Supervising the department's performance and promoting continuous imprvement.
6. Developing talents within the department, promoting skills development and raising the level of readiness.
7. Building strong relationships within the department, and maintaining coordination with stakeholders.
8. Encouraging innovation within the department and supporting process improvement.
9. Managing conflicts at the department level, and ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
10. Promote the organization’s values throughout the department, and set standards of conduct.
11. Performing additional tasks and activities assigned by the leadership.
Public responsibilities
Performing responsibilities in accordance with academic qualifications, job specializations, and productivity expectations.
Ensuring continuous awareness and compliance with all policies, procedures and directives, as well as the organization’s code of conduct.
Promoting teamwork, cooperation, and dedication in performing and participating in all tasks.
Ensuring the security, confidentiality, and proper classification of data in accordance with the organization's policies.
Ensuring that all relevant files, records, and documents are preserved and archived in accordance with the organization's standards.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment in line with the organization's policies and regulatory requirements.
Supporting any changes in the organizational structure, and ensuring the optimal use of resources and their alignment with the organization's goals.
Supporting change management initiatives in line with organizational standards.
Ensuring that outputs are prepared on time and accurately, meeting requirements and quality standards.
Performing tasks and responsibilities independently unless approval is obtained or direction is given to delegate the task to other employees in case of inability to perform the tasks and responsibilities.
Performing additional tasks and activities assigned by leadership.
Operational responsibilities
Formulating the organization’s vision, mission, and values, and reviewing and updating them as needed under the supervision of senior leadership.
Preparing the agency's strategic plan in line with the plans and directives of the federal government.
Supervising the analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization to assess the current situation and identify future scenarios and expectations.
Developing and updating performance indicators (strategic and operational) and corresponding action plans for their implementation at the organizational unit level, in coordination with the Project Management and Strategic Performance Department.
Developing and managing the process of measuring institutional performance at the strategic and operational levels, according to a specific timetable and in coordination with organizational units, and contributing to the formulation of improvement plans and recommendations in cooperation with the Project Management and Strategic Performance Department.
Preparing the Authority's annual operational plans based on the approved strategy, and updating them as needed in response to changes, to ensure alignment with future government plans.
Performing any other tasks and activities assigned by the leadership .
Requirements and qualifications:
Academic qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Professional Certification: CSP
Professional Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years of supervisory experience
Language proficiency : Proficiency in both Arabic and English .
