Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transportation supervision operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and HSSE standards
- Drive business growth, support proposal development, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients
- Manage staffing, utilization, budgeting, and performance of supervision teams
- Oversee contractual matters, risks, claims, and major project issues
- Represent the firm within the engineering and construction community in Riyadh
This is a senior leadership role for a professional looking to shape and grow transportation supervision services in a dynamic market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Master s preferred)
- PMP certification; Chartered Engineer preferred
- 15+ years experience in construction supervision within a leading consultancy
- Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Middle East experience required; KSA experience preferred
