Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Reporting to the General Management, your mission will be to manage all technical after-sales service activities related to the equipment of:
  • Block on the rack
  • R animation
  • Medical robotics
  • Neurology
  • You will be responsible for the operational, technical and managerial management of the department.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • To manage, lead, and develop a team of after-sales service engineers and technicians
  • Organize preventive and curative interventions at clients' homes
  • Guaranteeing the quality and responsiveness of after-sales service
  • Monitor maintenance contracts and performance indicators
  • Managing technical priorities and critical situations
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining technical relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers
  • Participate in the skills development of technical teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of after-sales service processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation Ing nieur ou Bac+5 en biom dical, lectronique, lectrom canique ou quivalent

  • Proven experience in managing a technical after-sales service in the medical sector
  • Good knowledge of operating room equipment, resuscitation, robotics or neurology
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
  • Fluent French and good level of technical English
