Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Reporting to the General Management, your mission will be to manage all technical after-sales service activities related to the equipment of:
- Block on the rack
- R animation
- Medical robotics
- Neurology
- You will be responsible for the operational, technical and managerial management of the department.
- In this role, you will be responsible for:
- To manage, lead, and develop a team of after-sales service engineers and technicians
- Organize preventive and curative interventions at clients' homes
- Guaranteeing the quality and responsiveness of after-sales service
- Monitor maintenance contracts and performance indicators
- Managing technical priorities and critical situations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining technical relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers
- Participate in the skills development of technical teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of after-sales service processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation Ing nieur ou Bac+5 en biom dical, lectronique, lectrom canique ou quivalent
- Proven experience in managing a technical after-sales service in the medical sector
- Good knowledge of operating room equipment, resuscitation, robotics or neurology
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Fluent French and good level of technical English
