Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Head of the Administrative Management Department
Under the authority of the Director and Deputy Director of Campus France Morocco, the Manager will have the following responsibilities:
1) Management of the department and supervision of file processing:
Supervise, lead, and support a team of permanent and temporary administrative managers, ensuring the efficient allocation of tasks, skills development, and quality of service provided to students;
Distribute tasks, adjust priorities according to workload, and guarantee continuity of service;
Plan the department's human and organizational needs, including recruitment, training, and monitoring of temporary staff, in conjunction with the management of Campus France Morocco;
Supervise telephone and electronic reception of users and French institutions, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and responsiveness of replies.
2) Activity analysis, monitoring and process optimization:
Produce regular feedback on processing progress, key indicators and areas requiring attention;
Ensure flow analysis and identify areas for improvement based on data, feedback and operational constraints;
Propose and formalize organizational measures aimed at strengthening the efficiency of the department.
3) Training and functional coordination of administrative managers in the ECFs:
Ensure initial and continuing training of administrative managers in place within the Campus France Spaces of the network;
Organize the allocation of administrative managers in the network, exercising a functional hierarchy on this dimension in close connection with the heads of the ECFs;
In connection with the heads of the ECFs, guarantee the harmonization of practices and the correct application of directives for the administrative processing of files.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
Education:
A minimum of a four-year university degree (Bac+4 level) is required, preferably from a French higher education institution;
professional experience in the field is preferred.

Interest in students and higher education;
Very high rigor and sense of organization;
Responsiveness, autonomy and reliability in a high volume of activity environment;
Ability to work in a team and management experience;
Professional discretion and sense of public service.
Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken French;
Good knowledge of the French and Moroccan higher education systems;
Proficiency in standard computer applications (especially the Office suite)
