Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of academic leadership experience, preferably within a teaching and learning center, faculty development unit, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding faculty and staff in professional development.
Experience in budget management and staff supervision
Evidence of scholarly publications or recognized outputs in pedagogy, higher education practices, curriculum design, or educational innovation.
Deep understanding of pedagogical theories, assessment methods, and curriculum design.
Familiarity with national and international accreditation standards and quality frameworks (e.g., OQF, Bologna, AACSB, ABET).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical practices, inclusivity, and academic integrity
Desired Candidate Profile
Doctorate in Education, Higher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, /p>
Educational Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited /p>
institution./p>
