Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise all financial and accounting activities of the organization.
- develop and monitor budgets, cash flow plans and financial forecasts.
- Ensure that accounts are kept in accordance with current regulations and accounting standards.
- To produce periodic and annual financial statements and guarantee their reliability.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social and legal obligations.
- Establish and optimize internal control procedures.
- To supervise and develop the Finance and Accounting department team.
- Advise the General Management in strategic decision-making.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent minimum (BAC+4)
- Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or mining sector.
- Mastery of accounting and tax standards in force in Algeria.
- Good mastery of computer tools and accounting software.
- Sense of organization, rigor, confidentiality and leadership av r.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
