Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Inventory and classification of the endowment assets according to the priorities of the Diwan (endowment management authority).
Development of annual investment plans ensuring diversification of income sources and minimization of risks.
Seeking investors, negotiating with them and drafting investment contracts protecting the interests and rights of the endowment.
Research into modern investment instruments to increase the return on endowments, particularly small or inactive endowments.
Supervision and monitoring of the execution of feasibility studies.
Representation of the Diwan at official meetings and committees.
Submission of periodic reports and monitoring of the financial performance of the endowment's assets.
Preparation of basic files for investment.
Collection of data and information on endowment assets that can be used for projects.
Conducting economic and financial feasibility studies for endowment projects.
Coordination and collaboration with project managers regarding the nature of projects and their potential costs. - Preparation of the necessary documents to obtain all construction contracts (building permits, demolition permits, subdivision permits and certificates of conformity).
Participation in drafting the general terms and conditions and investment contracts of the endowment fund.
Analysis of risks and returns taking into account the specific characteristics of the endowment fund.
Proposal of innovative investment models adapted to the nature of the endowment fund.
Profile
Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in finance, economics or management
Minimum 3 years of investment experience
