Roles & Responsibilities

Legal aspects. 

  • To provide legal advice to the unit and the various structures of the company.
  • to develop, examine and validate agreements, contracts and legal acts.
  • Ensure the unit's activities comply with legislative and regulatory texts.
  • Prepare for legal consultations and opinions.

Litigation aspect

  • To monitor litigation matters with the courts and legal professionals.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and legal experts.
  • Prepare the defense and debt recovery files.
  • to prepare periodic reports on ongoing litigation.

Heritage component

  • To ensure the legal monitoring of the unit's movable and immovable assets
  • Ensure the regularization of land and administrative status of the unit's assets.
  • Monitor the acquisition, disposal, rental and transfer of assets.
  • Update the records and documents relating to the heritage.

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree in law (Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent).

  • Professional experience in the legal and litigation field for more than 5 years.
  • Good mastery of Algerian legislation, particularly in business law, administrative law and labor law.
  • Mastery of legal and debt recovery procedures.
  • Action-oriented and analytical skills.
  • Sense of organization, responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Mastery of legal writing techniques.
  • Knowledge of litigation procedures.
  • Ability to manage complex cases.
  • My mastery of office software.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
