About the Role:
The Head of Trade Marketing KSA plays an integral role in aligning the strategies of the brands to the needs and trends of the market. If you are passionate about shaping the customer experience and influencing the journey of power brands, this role is the next career opportunity for you.
The Head of Trade Marketing for KSA will lead in developing and implementing omnichannel trade marketing strategies that are fully aligned with the brands strategies.
The Head of Trade Marketing will drive the trade marketing strategy to tactics, including long term partnerships development with customers leveraging on an in-depth knowledge of their strategies and their shoppers.
The incumbent will support in providing tools and means to activate Ferrero Category strategies in the point of sale and acting as a process integrator mainly between local Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
The successful incumbent will adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with the local conditions to meet the company objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
As part of the Category Strategies and Plans, the Head of TM will monitor and analyze trade, competitors and shopper market data related to the assigned Channel / Category, to identify business opportunities and develop new Trade Marketing plans.
In her/his role, the incumbent will influence the channel strategies and plans, by supporting the definition of the assigned Channel Strategy for each Category for the Country, in alignment with Brand Strategy. In addition, will support the sales strategies at Channel / Account level with the objective to maximize the business development and profitability.
The Head of Trade Marketing will be responsible for the In-Store activity management by providing to the sales teams, the best tools and means required for the implementation of the Marketing Strategy inside the point of sale.
As part of this strategic role, in line with the trade business intelligence, the Head of TM will develop the company dashboard to ensure the monitoring of the main trade & shopper related company figures and main business KPIs with the aim to provide to all the BUs relevant data to support business understanding and development.
As part of the country scope, the role will be managing a team. People management responsibilities encompass all people-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and rewards.
About You:
The role of a Head of Trade Marketing involves a combination of marketing, sales, and strategic skills.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Trade Marketing with over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Trade Marketing leadership role within a multinational company. The ideal candidate will have solid experience and a proven track record in Revenue and Trade Management, as well as in developing and executing effective Category and Channel strategies. Experience in the FMCG sector particularly in the Food and Beverages industry is a strong plus.
