Head of Venue Technology Delevery INTALEQ

Role Purpose-

Spearhead the deployment of state-of-the-art technology solutions within sports venues, enhancing the technological infrastructure for international sport events. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to meet the unique demands of high-profile events.

Responsibilities-

Venue & Event Technology Delivery:

• Manage overall activity of Venue Technology projects from concepts to production including RFP preparation, vendor co-ordination pre &post tender activities up to transition back to Venue Technology operation on success.

• Develop and deliver formal Project documentation & artefacts for all Venue Technology projects.

• Directly manage the execution of Project in co-ordination with the vendors and project management team.

• Develop integrated project plans and document functional and technical specifications / requirements for project deliverables based on operational and engineering requirements. For stadiums, venues and clubs.

• Support The Venue Technology operations and customers and event’s organizers in defining scope, expectations, and requirements.

• Lead and monitor contract performance against contract requirements and compliance, and maintains client contact on issues, to ensure client satisfaction during the project execution and delivery phase and more.

Delivery Resource Planning:

• Manage and report on activities for all Venue Technology Projects.

• Provide regular program updates to senior management.

• Participate and support service level coordination meetings with vendors and external parties.

• Manage the efforts of the Venue Technology Delivery team to ensure all requirements are met, that designs are compatible.

• Meet applicable standards and requirements, and that meets the unique technology and Venue Technology component’s life-cycle cost.

• Provide direction to subordinates based on project objectives.

• Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.

Qualification-

10+ years of work experience in IT and

7+ years of experience in similar role

Minimum of 4 years in Sports Experience (Mandatory)

Education:

Bachelor or Master of Electrical Engineering

Or Bachelor or Master of Computer Engineering

Or Other related field

Certifications: (Mandatory)

PMP Or Prince2

Required Skillset:

• Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments.

• Experience in designing implementing and managing venue/stadium-based technology for SMART stadium, venues and mega events

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.+G10
