Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Head will be responsible for ensuring materials availability, warehouse optimization, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards in handling critical drilling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehousing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and optimization of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with Omani regulations on storage, handling, and safety.
- Introduce warehouse automation systems and digital inventory management tools.
- Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to align inventory levels with operational demand.
- Lead warehouse staff training and development programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- 15-18 years in warehousing and inventory management in drilling, oilfield, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, inventory systems, and safety compliance.
- Proven experience implementing warehouse automation and ERP integration.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
