Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead brand portfolio strategy and market entry for a pioneering beauty concept store
  • Conduct in-depth research and international sourcing to identify space opportunities and sign exclusive brand partnerships.
  • Develop localized go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand standards while tailoring execution to local market dynamics.
  • Led end-to-end execution of brand launches including merchandising, pricing, in-store activation, and marketing narrative localization.
  • Held full P&L ownership, managing OPEX/CAPEX, commercial targets, and margin optimization across the business.
  • Direct 360 integrated marketing campaigns including influencer engagement, ATL/BTL activities, and new product introductions.
  • Oversee demand planning, supply chain, inventory forecasting, and regulatory compliance in coordination with cross-functional departments.
  • Contribute to the strategic design of the flagship store retail space Ð incorporating latest technology driven skincare analysis (Derma Lab) and immersive customer journeys.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Area and Store Managers, establishing KPIs and championing operational excellence in retail execution
