Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization and risk mitigation, and ensuring supply chain resilience.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sourcing and supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and driving talent development.
  • Negotiate and manage complex, high-value contracts with key suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring efficient operations, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or APICS, demonstrating professional expertise and commitment.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, showcasing expertise.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing, retail, or technology industries, bringing sector-specific knowledge and insights.
