Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Ensure the room is ready before service (setting tables, checking equipment).
- Greet customers, seat them at their table and present them with the menu.
- Taking orders and providing table service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Supervise the wait staff and coordinate their tasks.
- To ensure the smooth running of service on one's line and customer satisfaction.
- Profile
- Excellent presentation and sense of service.
- Good knowledge of service techniques (plated, tray, English style).
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Fluency in French is required; English is an asset.
