Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support the service team to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to all guests.
* Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily specials.
* Recommend dishes, wine pairings, and menu combinations to enhance the guest experience.
* Ensure food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards before service.
* Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism and tact.
* Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating junior team members to maintain service excellence.
* Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all service areas.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
* Proven ability to lead by example and manage a small service team effectively.
* Solid understanding of fine dining service protocols and luxury guest expectations.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail under pressure.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
