Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities

  2. Lead and allocate tasks to gardening staff efficiently

  3. Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, and flower beds

  4. Monitor irrigation systems and ensure timely watering schedules

  5. Plan and execute planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities

  6. Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of garden areas

  7. Inspect garden health and take corrective actions when required

  8. Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment

  9. Follow safety standards and site guidelines at all times

  10. Coordinate with management for landscaping improvements and material requirements

  11. Maintain records of work progress and manpower attendance

  12. Train and guide workers on best gardening practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in gardening / landscaping, with supervisory role preferred

  2. Good knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, pruning, and pest control

  3. Ability to handle and manage a team of gardeners/laborers

  4. Basic understanding of landscaping techniques (soft & hard landscaping)

  5. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions

  6. Familiar with gardening tools and equipment handling

  7. Ability to plan daily work schedules and meet maintenance standards

  8. Good communication and leadership skills

  9. Knowledge of safety practices and site discipline

  10. Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
