Minimum 5 years of teaching experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Headmaster/Headmistress to lead the school s academic activities, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for the school.
Oversee curriculum implementation and academic standards.
Supervise teaching staff and support professional development.
Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
Coordinate student discipline and welfare programs.
Manage school operations and liaise with parents and authorities.
Promote a positive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Postgraduate degree and BEd.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
Immediate joining preferred.
