Description
This position is for experienced professionals in department management. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising teams, implementing projects, and optimizing internal processes.
They will participate in defining and implementing departmental strategies, ensure the quality and performance of activities, and contribute to innovation and continuous process improvement.
Missions
Supervise and coordinate the department's daily activities.
Plan, organize and monitor the department's projects.
To supervise, train and motivate the teams.
Ensure compliance, performance and quality of technical and/or security operations according to the nature of the department.
Identify risks and propose solutions to improve the security and efficiency of systems and processes.
Collaborating with management to define and implement the department's strategy.
Prepare regular reports on project progress and department performance.
Profile
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Security, Management or relevant field depending on the department.
Proven experience in department management, ideally in technical or systems security roles.
Strong skills in team management and project coordination.
Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of good technical and/or cybersecurity practices depending on the department.
Leadership, rigor and results orientation.
