Health and Safety Coordinator

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in implementing site-specific HSE plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental standards.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and report non-compliance or hazards.

• Document and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Support investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate HSE records and dashboards for management review.

• Coordinate and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

• Promote a culture of safety awareness among all project personnel.

• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and HSE leadership to implement safety measures.

• Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies for inspections or audits.

• Support the review and enhancement of HSE procedures and programs.

• Identify trends and recommend initiatives to reduce incidents and environmental impact.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Bachelor s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 2 years of HSE experience in construction, aviation, or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are desirable.
