Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Occupational
- Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks on the site.
- to develop and update the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER).
- Implement the safety and hygiene action plans.
- Ensure follow-up on internal HSE inspections and audits.
- Raising awareness, training and motivating staff on good HSE practices.
- Manage PPE (personal protective equipment) and ensure their conformity.
- Supervise the management of accidents, incidents and near misses (analysis, corrective action plan).
Environment
- Ensure the environmental compliance of the site (discharges, waste, energy, water, missions).
- Implement actions to reduce environmental impact and energy consumption.
- Ensuring waste monitoring: sorting, collection, traceability, disposal.
- Prepare for and follow up on environmental audits and regulatory inspections.
Food hygiene
- Participate in the implementation of good hygiene practices (GHP) and HACCP.
- Collaborating with the Quality department to guarantee the sanitary safety of the products.
- Check the cleanliness of the facilities, pest management and the application of cleaning procedures.
Reporting et am lioration continue
- Monitor HSE indicators (frequency rate, severity, incidents, non-conformities, etc.).
- Prepare the monthly HSE reports and communicate them to management.
- Lead HSE reviews and facilitate awareness meetings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HSE standards and guarantee site conformity.
- Education: Bac +4 / Bac +5 in HSE, Quality, Safety, Environment or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food or industrial sector.
- Languages: Fluent in French, professional English preferred.
- Mobility: Occasional placements possible (production sites, service providers, audits).
Required skills
- Mastery of current HSE regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HACCP management systems.
- Ability to conduct internal audits and action plans.
- Proficiency in office tools and HSE monitoring software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac +4 / Bac +5 in HSE, Quality, Safety, Environment or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food or industrial sector.
Languages: Fluent in French, professional English preferred.
