Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and maintain a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture across the factory.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports and statistics to management.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct and participate in internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety requirements are applied during daily operations.
- Report all major HSE risks, incidents, and non-compliances to management.
- Train employees on HSE procedures, reporting, and best practices.
- Support regulatory and certification audits (ISO and other compliance bodies).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial factories is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in implementing HSE Management Systems and driving positive safety culture change.
- 5 9 years of overall HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as HSE Section Head or a similar position.
