Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Support the development and performance of the Health & Beauty channel by identifying growth opportunities, strengthening distribution and execution standards, and ensuring strong alignment across Customer Development, Category, and Marketing teams.
The role works across the channel to help improve market share, expand distribution, and elevate execution quality across pharmacies and cosmetics outlets. It provides broad exposure to the commercial agenda of the channel and works closely with sales leadership on key growth initiatives.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Channel Performance & Insights
Track Health & Beauty channel performance across value growth, distribution, and market share. Identify gaps and opportunities and translate them into clear commercial action plans.
Distribution Expansion
Work closely with Sales Managers and distributors to identify white spaces in pharmacy and cosmetics coverage and support initiatives that improve product availability and channel reach.
Execution Excellence
Monitor execution standards across the channel and support the rollout of Perfect Store initiatives. Identify execution gaps and work with the sales team and distributors to drive corrective actions.
Commercial Planning Support
Support the preparation and landing of Joint Business Plans and key commercial initiatives across priority customers. Ensure strong internal alignment with Category, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Business Reviews & Performance Tracking
Consolidate channel insights and support the preparation of internal business updates, scorecards, and performance reviews to maintain clear visibility on channel KPIs and action plans.
Strategic Projects
Lead or support channel development initiatives aimed at improving distribution, execution quality, and commercial performance across the Health & Beauty channel.
Market & Customer Exposure
Spend time in market with Sales Managers and distributor teams to build a strong understanding of pharmacy and cosmetics channels, customer dynamics, and execution realities. Participate in customer engagements and market visits to support the development of actionable commercial insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in FMCG Customer Development, Sales, Category, or related commercial roles.
- Exposure to distributor-led channels or traditional trade environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of FMCG channel dynamics
- Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different stakeholders
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution
- Curiosity to understand the market, customers, and shoppers through regular trade exposure.
