Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions through physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering patient needs, preferences, and treatment goals for optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, adhering to protocols and monitoring patient responses to ensure efficacy and safety.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence, empowering them to actively participate in their care.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field, demonstrating a solid foundation in healthcare principles.
- Holds a valid professional license or certification relevant to their healthcare profession, showing commitment to meet the required standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting, showcasing practical knowledge and familiarity with patient care.
