Roles & Responsibilities
Oracle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Health Industry Account Executive to lead strategic sales initiatives across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning Oracle's comprehensive portfolio of healthcare and business solutions, including Oracle Health (EMR), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, CX, EPM Applications, Oracle Health Insurance, and industry-specific solutions that help healthcare organizations transform patient care, operational performance, and business outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you will engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and clinical stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and align Oracle's end-to-end solutions with their transformation objectives. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and orchestrating complex sales cycles across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Oracle's healthcare and enterprise application portfolio, including Oracle Health, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Health Insurance, and industry-specific healthcare solutions.
Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare providers, healthcare systems, government health entities, and related organizations.
Identify customer business challenges and position Oracle's technology and applications as strategic solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Solution Specialists, and Partner teams to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
Drive cross-functional account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management activities.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility using Oracle sales and CRM tools.
Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and digital transformation initiatives impacting customers.
Represent Oracle at industry conferences, executive briefings, customer events, and strategic engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within healthcare, public sector healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
Experience selling enterprise business applications, cloud solutions, ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, payer solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
