Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  1. Software Support (10%)

  • Serve as a first-line support resource for PIMS users, resolving technical and functional issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development and engineering teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to improve reliability and efficiency.
  1. User Training (20%)

  • Design and deliver training sessions tailored to healthcare providers, pharmacists, and supply chain staff using PIMS.
  • Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and user manuals to support ongoing capacity building.
  • Provide continuous mentorship to strengthen adoption and confidence in the system.
  1. Client Success (40%)

  • Act as a liaison between healthcare facilities, implementing partners, and the PIMS technical team.
  • Ensure that users derive tangible value from the system by monitoring adoption, satisfaction, and system impact on workflows.
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client and end-user experience.
  1. Discovery & Requirements Gathering (30%)

  2. Engage with pharmacists, clinicians, and supply chain managers to map workflows and understand operational challenges.

  3. Translate client needs into technical requirements and work closely with developers to ensure system enhancements align with field realities.
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement cycles, ensuring PIMS remains responsive to evolving health system needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy.

Experience or Internship in health informatics, client support, or software implementation.

NGO experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.

Basic technical knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting practices.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Willingness to travel up to 40% to low-resource settings

Fluent English language.
