Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Health Project Manager
Main Missions:
- Ensuring compliance, deadlines and budget
- Coordinate the teams
Domain 1: Scoping and Feasibility
- Analyze clinical and technical needs, draft specifications, and assess feasibility.
Area 2: Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate the various stakeholders in the project (project managers, construction companies, equipment suppliers, biomedical services, medical professionals)
Area 3: Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that the work carried out complies with the strict safety, hygiene and public health standards in force.
Area 4: Risk Management
- Anticipate potential malfunctions (delays, technical constraints) and propose solutions
Area 5: Change Management
- Supporting care teams in adapting to new spaces or equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +5
- 5-10 years of experience
- Mastery of building standards, planning tools, regulations
- Complementary skills: Excellent communication skills, rigor, diplomacy, leadership
