Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The main mission of the position is to establish, deploy and monitor health, safety and environmental standards, while ensuring their application on the ground in order to guarantee a compliant and safe working environment.
The HSE Coordinator is responsible for identifying and assessing occupational risks, and for leading the associated prevention actions.
He oversees the implementation of HSE procedures, conducts regular audits and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
It also contributes to compliance with regulatory requirements.
In parallel, he leads awareness and training activities to strengthen the HSE culture within the teams.
The position involves monitoring HSE performance indicators, reporting on activity, as well as reporting anomalies and proposing continuous improvement actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a Bac+5 degree in HSE/QHSE with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
A good knowledge of current regulations and of industrial risk management.
Rigour, autonomy, analytical skills and good communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
