Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the HSE management system on the Safran Tunisia campus. 

Supporting operational staff in implementing standards, promoting risk prevention, and actively participating in continuous improvement

Ensure the rigorous application of HSE regulations and guarantee their proper implementation by all stakeholders.

Conduct regulatory self-assessments and implement corrective action plans.

Ensuring compliance with Standard 4 in collaboration with the UO team, including the management of chemical products, physical risks, work at height, ATEX zones, and the associated monitoring of exposed personnel.

Participate in the development and deployment of the HSE Operational Progress Plan (POP'SSE)

Apply the Group's tools and standards

Manage the updating and optimization of HSE documentation (GDA), registers and performance indicators (Shutte, Nodes, score)

Ensure follow-up on actions resulting from audits, inspections, and self-assessments, supporting teams in implementing corrective measures and guaranteeing their compliance with HSE requirements.

Raising awareness and advising teams on risk prevention and good HSE practices

Contribute to the HSE training plan and ensure the HSE integration of new arrivals.

Supporting managers in the daily implementation of HSE requirements

Participate in the analysis of incidents and accidents, and ensure the follow-up of associated action plans.

Organize crisis drills and simulations and ensure adherence to the emergency plan

Observe and analyze risky behaviors and propose appropriate corrective measures.

Facilitate HSE communication and awareness campaigns among the teams

Prepare the unit's HSE reporting and ensure the monitoring of key indicators.

Verify and validate regulatory files, work permits, and prevention plans.

Monitor the HSE compliance of external companies, particularly via the dedicated register

Integrate HSE requirements into industrial projects and developments.

Contribute to the drafting and updating of HSE operational procedures and instructions

Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives within technical services
