A. Safety Compliance & Monitoring

Ensure full compliance with ONEIC HSE policies, procedures, and standards.

Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Ensure all staff, subcontractors, and visitors follow site safety rules.

B. Inspections & Audits

Conduct regular site inspections and hazard identification walkthroughs.

Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in internal audits and client HSE audits.

C. Incident & Accident Management

Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe observations.

Prepare incident reports and corrective action plans.

Maintain all incident records as per ONEIC QHSE system.

D. Training & Awareness

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.

Ensure new employees receive proper safety orientation.

Support project teams in delivering HSE training programs.

E. Risk Assessment & Documentation

Participate in preparing Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements (MS).

Review and update HSE documentation for compliance.

Ensure permits-to-work (PTW) are implemented and followed.

F. Emergency Preparedness

Support emergency response plans (fire drills, evacuation drills).

Inspect emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, alarms).

Ensure emergency routes and procedures are communicated to staff.

G. Environmental Compliance

Monitor waste management, environmental controls, and spill prevention.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ONEIC guidelines.

H. Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports as required by the project/client.

Maintain HSE registers (PPE register, inspection register, incident register, etc.).
