Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and incidents.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Issue work permits and ensure contractor safety compliance.
• Conduct safety training for new hires and existing employees.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate and document any workplace incidents.
• Monitor contractor safety compliance.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture, or a related field.

Experience:

• 6months to 1 year of experience in a safety-related role.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication skills for training and awareness programs.
