Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly
Compare plans from different insurers and provide the best options
Assist customers with documentation and application process
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and referrals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Keep updated with new insurance products and market trends
Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in sales (health insurance preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of health insurance products
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling and meeting clients
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
