Health Services Manager (Hybrid Gulf Region) | Health Insurance Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance healthcare service operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality care.

• Develop and implement strategic health service plans aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies to improve service delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate healthcare network performance, provider relationships, and cost management.

• Ensure compliance with regional healthcare regulations, policies, and insurance standards.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

• Provide expert insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

• Conduct business travel across the Gulf region as needed to manage partnerships and oversee operations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, health insurance, or medical administration.

• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and provider networks.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel within the Gulf region as required.
