Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about services, appointments, and insurance coverage.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow and minimizing wait times while adhering to all relevant protocols.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, accurately processing claims and resolving billing inquiries in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Demonstrates minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare customer service within the UAE.

  • UAE National with a deep understanding of healthcare practices.
