Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operating heavy vehicles (buses, trucks, and other large vehicles) to transport hotel staff, goods, and materials safely between designated locations.

Conducting daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinating with departments such as Engineering, Housekeeping, Purchasing, and HR to support operational logistics.

Adhering to Kuwait traffic laws, hotel driving policies, and safety protocols at all times.

Ensuring accurate record-keeping of vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Assisting with loading and unloading goods or staff belongings as required.

Reporting any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to the Transportation or Engineering Supervisor.

Supporting special hotel events, airport transfers, and emergency logistics when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Valid Kuwait Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Bus/Truck category).

Minimum 2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably in a hospitality, logistics, or corporate environment.

Clean driving record with strong knowledge of Kuwait traffic rules and routes.

Physically fit to handle manual loading/unloading if required.

Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and behavior.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
