Roles & Responsibilities

Global Energy for Investment and Industry is seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our heavy machinery through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Collaborate with operators to optimize equipment performance.
  • Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications for improved efficiency.
  • Provide training to operators and junior staff on maintenance best practices.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance (1:3 years preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery systems (engines, hydraulics, electrical).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in equipment maintenance are a plus.
