Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all heavy equipment.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, technicians, and contractors.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement strategies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the cement/Mining manufacturing industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment/plant equipment, such as
- Loaders
- Drillings Machine
- Crushers
- Excavators
- Generators
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding industrial environment.
