Main tasks:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical parts of public works equipment and buildings.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :

• To take into account and communicate to one's hierarchy any risk that could compromise the exercise of one's activity, and to implement the appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines;
• Takes note of the work requested and proceeds with the distribution between agents, taking into account the complexity of the tasks and the qualifications of the agents under his authority;
• R carries out the diagnosis and assesses the scope of the work to be carried out as well as its complexity;
• Ensures the availability of the necessary equipment, tools and PR;
• Organizes, supervises and controls the work carried out by the mechanical maintenance team;
• Supervises and controls the progress of the work, the quality of the work carried out by the agents and ensures compliance with repair deadlines;
• Participates in the execution of maintenance and dismantling work;
• It deploys its team on site, at construction sites and in all locations according to the needs on demand;
• Expresses the needs for spare parts intended for repairs and submits them to his hierarchical superior;
• Ensures the proper use of equipment and tools used in the execution of the work;
• Performs/controls finishing work (adjustments, fine-tuning);
• Regularly reports to his superiors on any difficulties exceeding his competence.

In terms of QHSE:

• Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the Project;
• Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System;
• Ensure the correct handling of sharp and blunt tools, manual and electromechanical, in an appropriate manner and with caution... respecting safety rules;
• Ensure compliance with the safety instructions contained in the user manuals formulated by the manufacturers;
• Ensure the recovery of used oils, lubricants... without soil contamination.
• Ensure that the premises are cleaned and that the tools are maintained after use;
• Ensure the provision and wearing of appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE);
• Raises awareness among his team about the risk-based approach;
• Capitalizes on all feedback, communicates to its hierarchy the need to review the planned arrangements and shares with its collaborators the knowledge acquired or modified.
