Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in heavy equipment, ensuring swift identification of problems to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, including oil changes, filter replacements, and hydraulic system checks.
  • Repair and replace defective parts using various tools and techniques, ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed, providing detailed documentation for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with heavy machinery in construction, mining, or related industries.
  • Certification in heavy equipment repair or maintenance from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides for various machinery types.
