Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site operations involving trucks, heavy equipment, and field teams.

  • Ensure proper scheduling, dispatching, and utilization of equipment and vehicles across projects.
  • Monitor work progress on site and ensure operations comply with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

  • Oversee drivers and equipment operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records related to site activities and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, logistics teams, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and government regulations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency.
  • Identify and report any operational issues, breakdowns, or delays, and take corrective action promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant University.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment and truck operations within construction, logistics, or industrial work sites.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, dispatching, and site operations.
  • Valid private driving license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic operations software.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle field challenges and lead teams effectively.
