Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations involving trucks, heavy equipment, and field teams.
- Ensure proper scheduling, dispatching, and utilization of equipment and vehicles across projects.
- Monitor work progress on site and ensure operations comply with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Oversee drivers and equipment operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records related to site activities and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with project engineers, logistics teams, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and government regulations.
- Support the Operations Manager in optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency.
- Identify and report any operational issues, breakdowns, or delays, and take corrective action promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant University.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment and truck operations within construction, logistics, or industrial work sites.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, dispatching, and site operations.
- Valid private driving license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic operations software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle field challenges and lead teams effectively.
