Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Operator Positions
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000
Location: Office 812, 8th floor, B Block, Business Village, Opp Clocktower, Dubai, UAE
We are hiring skilled and experienced operators for the following roles:
- Tower Crane Operator – Professional with required licenses & certificates
- Tower Crane Rigger – Can be trained and certified based on experience
- Bobcat Operator – Professional with required licenses & certificates
- JCB Operator – Professional with required licenses & certificates
Desired Candidate Profile
. Tower Crane Operator (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Valid and updated operator licenses & certificates
- Proven experience operating tower cranes
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
- Ability to perform daily checks and report any issues
2. Tower Crane Rigger (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Experience working as a rigger in a construction environment
- Candidate can be trained and certified based on experience
- Good understanding of lifting operations and safety practices
- Ability to assist crane operator during lifting activities
3. Bobcat Operator (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Valid operator license & certificates for Bobcat machinery
- Hands-on experience handling Bobcat/skid-steer operations
- Ability to maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
4. JCB Operator (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Valid operator license & certificates for JCB machines
- Experience operating JCB/backhoe loaders
- Ability to inspect, maintain, and safely operate the machinery
General Requirements for All Roles:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
