Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the company’s heavy vehicle fleet.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transport activities to ensure timely delivery and efficient vehicle utilization.
• Supervise and schedule drivers, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, trip logs, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor vehicle performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic and transport regulations.
• Manage route planning and optimize cost-effective delivery operations.
• Handle driver performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Coordinate with clients, dispatchers, and management for smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transport reports and suggest improvements in operations.
